TXT

TXT (short for: Tomorrow X Together; 투모로우바이투게더), is a five-member South Korean boy group formed by Big Hit Entertainment. The group debuted on March 4, 2019 with 5 members: Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai.



The meaning behind the name of the kpop group TXT or TOMORROW X TOGETHER is all individuals who “come together under one dream in hopes of building a new tomorrow”. The official fandom name of TXT is MOA, which stands for Moment Of Alwaysness. MOA refers to every moment shared between TXT and the fans.



TXT is composed of 5 members born between 1999 and 2002. Their names are Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Huening Kai.



The oldest member is Yeonjun (born Sep 13, 1999). Huening Kai is the youngest member or maknae (born Aug 14, 2002). Soobin is the leader.



In terms of ethnicity and nationality, four out of the five TXT members are Korean. Huening Kai is the only foreigner in the group. He was born in Hawaii, USA. All the other members were born in South Korea.

The members of TXT have no set positions within the group. All of them are considered vocalists, rappers, and dancers (all rounders).

Soobin is the leader of TXT. Nicknamed cucumber because of his tall height, Soobin is the tallest member in TXT standing at 6’1” or 185cm. Yeonjun is the oldest member of TXT. He is the only member born in the 90s. He lived in San Jose, California (United States) for 2 years when he was 9 years old. Yeonjun was a trainee for 4 years before his debut. Yeonjun ranked 1st on dance, vocals, and rap as a trainee. His favorite animals are Corgi dogs and pandas.

3. Beomgyu

Huening Kai can speak Mandarin, Korean, English, and Portuguese. He has the “golden touch” – he can play the drums, guitar, and the piano. He is the first foreigner to debut under BigHit Entertainment.
